Student from 2004-2009. I was a favorite and a fixture. Just want to lend my affirmation that the cycle of manipulation // abuse // reward did happen and no one was exempt.

To hold such influence over young people is a great responsibility. Unfortunately, the Artistic Director abused the trust and misused the work ethic of many teens throughout the years.

I had to cut myself out long ago, but writing this still makes me terrified of an elbow pull into the office.
