59. 8/14 From a Hempfield Area High School Parent

The SR Artistic Director is the current spring musical director for Hempfield Area High School. The artistic director makes a big deal before every show about giving away a scholarship to SR and this doesn’t sit well with myself and several over parents. How is he able to get away with using his position at our child’s school to enrich his personal business? It feels so predatory to me, especially in light of these allegations. It really makes you wonder who in the district approved this, or if they’re even aware of what is going on under the SR Artistic Director’s watch…
