21. 8/10-From an Anonymous Former Employee

As an instructor and professional performer I was put into awkward and in appropriate situations while in my place of work. The artistic director, a former musical director, and a former stage manager made attempts to manipulate me and cause rifts in my personal and romantic life. I was put into an instructor position at a public charter school with little to no support and was required to interact with students without adequate access to individual learning plans that could have had wider impact on my professional life. Though this may not have been the fault or responsibility of Stage Right! As an organization it is still an example of their inadequate and irresponsible relationship with the wider charter school system.
